Wastewater characteristics changed greatly under the increasing strict wastewater discharge standard and second stage biological treating technology. Slurry will be concentrated by tossing flocculant, after mixing reaction, slurry will flow to the next step : feeding distribution plate, it will distribute slurry to the slide concentration belt uniformly , under the sludge rake double direction guiding and gravity reaction, slurry will move along the filter belt, get off running water quickly. After gravity dewatering , sludge reverse system will transfer sludge to the gravity stage for further dewatering. After feeding at S shape squeezing stage,sludge will moved and carried between the two layer of filter belt,after several rollers’ squeezing, filter cakes will be formed and dewatered further.Discharge filter cakes by a filter cake scraping system, filter cloth filtering ability will regain by automatic filter belt washing system
